关于疫情防控期间延长证书有效期的通知Ⅱ
Notice on extending validity of certificate during the COVID-19Ⅱ
各有关单位：
To members of the Board:
根据当前疫情防控情况和成员单位要求，按照认证部《证书有效期延长程序》（NANDTB-CN-501），对已延期至7月30日的证书（认证部秘〔2020〕06号），再次延期至本年度10月31日。
需要办理证书延期的雇主，请按附件要求填写《证书延期申请表》（NA-501-F1），发送秘书处申请证书延期。
According to the requirements of the members for the prevention and control of COVID-19 pneumonia, the NANDTB-CN Board will, in accordance with Programme for Extension of Certificate (nandtb-cn-501) take the certificate of validity expiry date July 30,2020 extend to Octorber 31 of this year.
For the employer who needs to use the above extension scheme, please fill in the application form (na-501-f1) with the requirements and send it to the Secretariat of the Board.
